We all lie once in a while…
Let’s just be honest here for a second. We lie about our past relationships, weight, age, partners, I mean sometimes we lie for no reason whatsoever. It’s just our way to “posh” things up, ’cos let’s agree, nobody ever lied to make it worse for themselves. We always try to get something out of it.
Edward Lee made up a lie to save his relationship with his wife. A story which grabbed the attention of the whole of the United Kingdom back in the noughties.
Now, where are the boundaries of lying? And how can one measure the lie? ’Cos when it came to Edward, he was a massive pile of bullshit that, surprisingly, saved his marriage.

Good, interesting story or I should say true account of a husband who tells a whopper of a lie to his wife. Even though he swears her to secrecy, this lie gets way out of hand!
I enjoyed this book. The only thing about it was the end when his wife is told something by his former friend. I would a continuous to this book would be interesting!
